The plumbing level 2 course is a carefully planned, industry wide and recognised training that will progress your plumbing career further. The course itself is delivered in two parts: practical and theory and supplemented with practical assignments and exams. It is a flexible course that is available full time or part time either onsite or online.
Who is the plumbing level 2 course aimed at?
The plumbing level 2 course is ideal for someone who aspires to a career as a professional plumber, who may or may not already be working in the field. If you are already performing any hands-on basic plumbing, either by being self employed or for an employer, the plumbing level 2 course will prepare you to learn beyond the basics and is designed as a set of courses that will enable you to become a fully qualified professional plumber. You will learn about health and safety regulations and practices, plumbing processes, cold and hot water systems and regulations, central heating and draining systems.

After completing the plumbing level 2 course
After you’ve successfully passed the exam for level 2 and acquired your C&G 6035 level 2 plumbing qualification, consider undertaking the plumbing level 3 course. These courses will prepare you for the City & Guilds 6189 qualification in domestic plumbing and heating, which includes the option of achieving a Gas Safe licence for those opting for gas related training.
