Who can enrol onto Aqua Instructor training course?

Typically aqua instructor courses are aimed at fitness professionals who either already hold a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 2 fitness instructor qualification, have sat and pasted Level 2 anatomy and physiology theory papers and people who have participating and enjoyed aqua classes in the past. The aqua instructor course is ideal for those who wish to broaden their exercise knowledge and run group aqua exercise classes.

Aqua Instructor training course content

In most fitness training courses there is an element of study regarding the body's impact and adaptation to exercise, so expect this within a aqua instructor training course also. Typically an aqua instructor training course will also include:
